2. General Use of the Site
2.1 Hosting
The hosting services we use serve to provide the following services: infrastructure and platform services, computing capacity, storage space and database services, security services, and technical maintenance services, which we use for the purpose of operating the website. 4.2 Right to rectification

Pursuant to Article 17(1) GDPR, you have the right to request that we erase personal data concerning you without undue delay, and we are obliged to erase personal data without undue delay where one of the following
grounds applies:
- The personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed.
- You revoke your consent on which the processing was based in accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 a) GDPR or Article 9 Paragraph 2 a) GDPR and there is no other legal basis for the processing.
- You object to the processing in accordance with Art. 21 Para. 1 GDPR and there are no overriding legitimate reasons for the processing, or you object to the processing in accordance with Art. 21 Para. 2 GDPR.
- The personal data was processed unlawfully.
- The deletion of personal data is necessary to comply with a legal obligation under Union or Member State law to which we are subject.
- The personal data was collected in relation to information society services offered in accordance with Article 8 (1) GDPR.
If we have made the personal data public and we are obliged to delete it in accordance with Article 17 Para. 1 GDPR, we will take appropriate measures, including technical ones, taking into account the available technology and the implementation costs, to ensure that those responsible for data processing who have the personal data to inform you that you have requested the deletion of all links to, or copies or replications of, that personal data.
4.4 Right to restriction of processing

4.5 Right to data portability
You have the right to receive the personal data concerning you, which you have provided to us, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and you have the right to transmit this data to another controller without
hindrance from us, provided that
- the processing is based on consent in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 Sentence 1 a) GDPR or Art. 9 Para. 2 a) GDPR or on a contract in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 Sentence 1 b) GDPR and
- the processing takes place using automated procedures. When exercising your right to data portability in accordance with paragraph 1, you have the right to have the personal data transmitted directly from us to another person responsible, to the extent that this is technically feasible.
4.6 Right to object
You have the right to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, at any time to processing of personal data concerning you which is based on point (e) or (f) of Article 6(1) of the GDPR, including profiling based on those provisions. We will no longer process the personal data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves the purpose of establishing, exercising or defending legal claims.
If we process your personal data for direct marketing purposes, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data for such marketing, which includes profiling to the extent that it is related to such direct marketing. You also have the right to
object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing of your personal data for scientific or historical research purposes or statistical purposes pursuant to Article 89(1) of the GDPR, unless the processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest.
4.7 Automated Decisions Including Profiling
You have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you. No automated decision-making based on the collected personal data takes place.
4.8 Right to revoke consent under data protection law
You have the right to revoke your consent to the processing of personal data at any time.
4.9 Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence, your place of work or the place of the alleged infringement, if you consider that the processing of
personal data relating to you is unlawful.
5. Data Security
We are committed to ensuring the security of your data to the greatest extent possible within the framework of applicable data protection laws and technical capabilities.
Your personal data is transmitted to us in encrypted form. This applies to your orders and also to customer login. We use the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption system; however, we would like to point out that data transmission on the internet (e.g., when communicating by email) can have security vulnerabilities. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.
To secure your data, we maintain technical and organizational security measures in accordance with Article 32 GDPR, which we continuously adapt to the state of the art.
We also do not guarantee that our services will be available at all times; disruptions, interruptions, or outages cannot be ruled out. The servers we use are regularly and carefully backed up.
6. Disclosure of Data to Third Parties; No Data Transfer to Non-EU Countries.
As a general rule, we only use your personal data within our company.
If and to the extent that we engage third parties in the performance of contracts (such as logistics service providers), these third parties receive personal data only to the extent that the transfer is necessary for the respective service.
In the event that we outsource certain parts of data processing ("contract processing"), we contractually obligate the processors
to use personal data only in accordance with the requirements of data protection laws and to guarantee the protection of the rights of the data subject.
Data transfers to entities or persons outside the EU, other than in the cases mentioned in section 2 of this statement, do not take place and are not planned.
7. Use of Google Maps
We use the "Google Maps" component from Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA, hereinafter referred to as "Google," on our website. Each time the "Google Maps" component is accessed, Google sets a cookie to process user settings and data when displaying the page on which the "Google Maps" component is integrated. This cookie is generally not deleted when the browser is closed, but expires after a certain period of time, unless you delete it manually beforehand.
